Te Aro is a Pilot Coffee Roasters cafe located on Queen East. Along with a few notable cafes in the neighbourhood, this cafe has already established itself long before what Leslieville became what it is now.
Offering cafe food and pastries, they make their coffee to perfection. On my last visit, I tried their cold brew which was very smooth and crisp.
With lots of space inside and a nice patio, it is very family friendly and good for getting some work done.
Louie Craft Coffee is located in Liberty Village neighbouring great brunch and dinner restaurants around. They have a clean wooden interior decor with brick wall that fits right into the hipster cafe criteria.
Coffee is great and strawberry lemonade (my choice of the visit) was homemade and fresh. With great selection of pastries, you have all the more reason to stay in and enjoy your coffee break.
It is great for working and reading as well - get your yellow table and enjoy Louie Craft Coffee :)
